Here is a partial list of some of the litigation we have undertaken:

• Personal Injury
  We have represented a woman and her daughter who were referred by another attorney. The other attorney had taken the case and promissed the moon, but when the insurance company wouldn't offer enough, he balked at filing suit and referred the case to us. • Builder suing Owner
  We represented the builder of a subdivision who had not been paid his retainer. The attorney representing the owner claimed that a modification of the contract changed its meaning and refused to settle. We filed suit, but the judge sided with the other party on the interpretation. Despite this, the jury awarded us the full amount we were seeking (through another claim).
• Investor suing Realtor
  Our client was a real estate investor who was misled by a real estate agent into investing in several properties the agent promised to manage and lease. The agent also drafted all contracts including recovable trusts used for the investments, but used the lease money for personal gain. The agent did not have any money, but we were able to recover $50,000 for our client from the Real Estate Trust Fund.
• Enforcement of a Contract
  Our client was an inventor whose product was manufactured and marketed by a licensee. The licensee was doing many bad things, including selling outside their territory, not paying royalties timely, withholding royalties, etc. We went through several rounds of negotiation and filed a lawsuit to enforce the contract terms. The lawsuit was ultimately settled.
